Fish Farming

The ever-expanding fish farming industry typically sites floating pens in lochs or open sea to house and grow the fish.

These farms are tended by purpose-built vessels which will generally have fitted a hydraulic crane for handling duties. There is often a capstan and/or cargo winch which helps make the operation more versatile.
